It is natural for
ladies to experience vaginal discharge once in awhile. However, if you don’t
have a good personal hygiene, your vagina must SMELL!!!
Use
Baby Wipes: All excess discharge should be
wiped from the vagina using baby wipes. Don’t wipe too far into your vagina; just
clean the outside surface (vulva). It is highly recommended that you use
unscented wipes that contain as few chemicals as possible.
Change
Your Underwear: Immediately you experience vaginal
discharge, kindly change your underwear. This helps to keep bacteria away from
your vagina and it eliminates the discomfort and smell associated with the
discharge.
Air
Yourself Out: While at home, sleeping naked or
walking around without pants it’s recommended because it makes air get to the
vagina. By doing this, you eliminate the possibly of getting infections that
can make your vagina to smell.
In
Extreme Cases, Use A Pad Or Pantyliner: If your
vaginal discharge is very bad and beyond control, please use a pad. This would
help keep the discharge in check. Change the pad as often as possible to
prevent your vagina from smelling.
WARNINGS
Avoid the usage of
vaginal deodorants or sprays. This would throw off the pH balance of the vagina
and could lead to further complications.
