8 EASY WAYS TO GET RID OF STRETCH MARKS


Stretch marks can occur during pregnancy, puberty or rapid weight gain and it makes the skin unattractive. If you are battling with it, then fear not, because in this article I will give you a detailed approach of getting rid of stretch marks.

Apply Potato Juice:
1. Cut into thick slices, a medium sized potato.


2. Take a slice of the potato and gently rub on the stretch marks for a few minutes.

3. Ensure the starch from the potato covers the affected area.

4. Leave the potato starch to dry and wash it off with lukewarm water.

Use Castor Oil:
1. For 5-10 minutes, in circular motions, gently massage the stretch marks using castor oil.


2. Cover the affected area with a thin cotton cloth.

3. For ½ an hour, apply some heat on the affected area using a hot-water bottle.

4. For positive results, you must repeat this process for at least one month on a daily basis.

Apply Egg Whites And Olive Oil:
1. Clean the stretch marks with water.


2. Gently apply a thick layer of egg whites on the affected area with a brush (e.g. a make-up brush).


3. Immediately the egg whites dry completely, rinse the area with cold water.

4. Moisturize your skin with olive oil.

5. For fantastic results, repeat this process for at least 2 weeks.

Apply Lemon Juice: Using circular motions, rub fresh lemon juice on the stretch marks. Leave for at least 10 minutes before rinsing it off with water.


Apply Natural White Natural Sugar, Lemon Juice And Almond Oil:
1. Inside a cup/glass, mix a table spoon of raw sugar, almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice.

3. Repeat this steps for a month and your stretch marks would be a thing of the past.

Apply Aloe Vera: For 20 minutes, directly rub the affected area with aloe vera gel and rinse it off with lukewarm water.


Drink Plenty Water: Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day, keep the body hydrated and protects your skin from several problems including stretch marks.



Loose Some Excess Weight: Losing weight reduces your vulnerability to stretch marks.
