EXPERIENCING TOOTH ACHE? HERE’S HOW TO GET RID OF IT

Are you having tooth pain? Have you been looking for a solution? Have you removed a tooth only to experience tooth ache after awhile? If your answer to all these questions is yes, then sing for joy because, in this article I will outline for you a detailed approach of getting rid of tooth ache.

Remove Any Trapped Food In-Between Your Teeth:
1. Around the area where you are experiencing pain, kindly use a dental floss to remove trapped food particles in-between your teeth.

2. After flossing, rinse your mouth thoroughly .with warm water.

3. When you are done, spit out the water.

Don’t Chew On The Painful Area: Except you have gotten rid of the pain, please don’t chew around the painful area; instead, chew on the other side of your mouth.

However, if there’s a crack or hole in your teeth, kindly see a dentist for check-up.

Take Pain-Relief Medication: Taking the correct dosage of pain relievers like aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or naproxen sodium, would stop the pain.

Please if the pain persists, see your dentist.

Apply Ice:
1. For 10-15minutes, wrap an ice cube in a thin cloth and apply it on jawline surrounding the pained tooth.

2. This exercise helps to reduce the flow of blood to the affected area. As the blood flow reduces, the tooth ache also reduces.

In summary, if you try all the afore mentioned points and pain still persists, kindly visit your dentist.
